Another example of the new imbalance plots. Out of 768 cases of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) in the Progenetix database, cases were selected for losses involving the cytogenetic band 13q14. The resulting 157 cases are plotted here, only showing chromosome 13 and highlighting an approximate region of minimal involvement. On the website, the plot allows link outs to the UCSC genome browser for each of the involved regions.
